About the event

Drawing from a recent mixed-methods study involving surveys and focus groups with speech and language therapists (SLTs) in Singapore, this sharing will highlight current practices, perceived facilitators and barriers, and desired characteristics of TFs. We’ll discuss how the broad IDDSI definition impacts clinical use, and present some insights into texture transition, safety concerns, and  sensory attributes that affect clinical translation. This session aims to spark dialogue and inspire innovation in food design for dysphagia care.
