CPAS is hiring for Senior Principal Therapist and Head, Speech & Language Pathology Department.
The Head of SLP manages the department's operations, sets key performance indicators, leads speech therapists to enhance clinical innovation, evidence -based practice, and drives patient care and service excellence. The individual focuses largely on managerial work and performs some clinical, educational and research tasks. Responsibilities include managing departmental resources and risks, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements, leading change management at a organizational and sector level by implementing new or revised policies, ensuring sufficient manpower for clinical services, managing department budgets, and helping to start new departmental services. The individual should possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, effective communication, and be meticulous, strategic, fair, decisive and insightful. This individual should also be a visionary leader who is driven and decisive, and possesses, team-building and leadership skills.
