About the Role

You will work in various settings including homes and schools, supporting children with speech, language, and communication difficulties. Your role will involve assessing, and providing evidence-based therapy to children, as well as working closely with teachers and parents to ensure the integration of effective communication strategies. You will enjoy the freedom and flexibility of curating and executing fun evidence-based intervention programs. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess for speech, language, and communication disorders through screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic tools.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
3. Provide direct therapy.
4. Collaborate with other professionals to integrate therapy goals into daily activities.
5. Work with parents and caregivers to provide home-based strategies.
6. Maintain accurate documentation.
7. Participate in professional development programs.

Requirements:
- Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or a related discipline.
- Eligible registration to practice as a Speech Therapist in Singapore.
- Strong interest in ensuring positive therapy outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
