Given the high attrition rate and turnover of allied health professionals, this survey seeks to understand the career needs and concerns of speech therapists in Singapore as well as factors affecting job retention.

We aim to publish the fully anonymised, aggregated results on this page in collaboration with NUS Speech Pathology faculty members. Further, we aim to engage relevant organisations (e.g. Ministry of Health) with the findings to improve career satisfaction for speech therapists.

 

This survey is open to speech therapists who are currently or previously registered with AHPC Singapore.

We will close the survey on 15th May 2024 and hope to receive your responses before then.
