Under OneRehab, Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH) introduced The Singapore Allied Health Workplace Learning and Support Framework. It outlines five principles aimed to ensure workplace learning and support are universally accessible, embedded in organisational culture, and focused on professional skill enhancement and wellbeing.

It serves as a guide for stakeholders to create supportive learning environments to enhance the skills and wellbeing of allied health workers within the organisation.
To facilitate the adoption of the framework, MOH has provided a range of resources, including video guides and FAQs, covering steps from understanding the five principles, to forming teams, conducting self-assessments, and developing action plans.
